Description

Have you ever wondered how to build a character to be performance ready, without getting "Analysis Paralysis?"  This class will teach you how to analyze a script for a deeper understanding of your character! You will learn written technique for a moment-to-moment character study, as well as how to transfer that knowledge to a live performance. Be ready to receive the tools you need to give stronger acting performances!

Lauren MacLeod

Lauren MacLeod became a student of CYT Austin when it was founded in 2015. Her love of theatre grew while she performed at CYT, and she has since pursued that passion throughout college. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Abilene Christian University in the spring of 2023. She is eager to continue performing, as well as share her love of theatre with the current students of CYT Austin.
