Description

This class provides the tools and feedback necessary to refine technique and expand range. Drawing from Meisner, Adler, and Stanislavski approaches, emphasis is placed on scene work, truthful connection, and emotional depth. Students will expand their understanding of physicality, focus, and imagination work.  Students will be challenged to push past personal barriers and bring greater nuance and realism to their performances. The class fosters a supportive environment where risk-taking is encouraged, allowing actors to explore their craft more fully. By the end of the course, students will leave with stronger instincts, sharper skills, and a deeper sense of confidence in their work.

Prerequisite: Students must have taken at least 1 previous acting class.
