Join Stacey for these intensive, high-energy dance workshops, in anticipation of CYT's summer production of the musical, NEWSIES!  The workshops focus on learning the energetic, athletic style of dance used by the “newsboy” characters in the show while also exploring storytelling through movement.  We will explore the style, movement vocabulary, and choreography that will be used in our upcoming CYT production of Newsies. Some of this material may also appear during auditions.  Workshops will move at a fast pace, focusing on learning choreography and exploring the energetic, character-driven dance style of the show. Participation in the workshop is a learning opportunity and does not guarantee casting, featured roles, or placement as a dancer in the production.
