Board Member

Jordan joined CYT Austin as a member of its initial board of directors in Summer 2015. Jordan is a Managing Director and Head of Business Development for C2FO, an early-stage financial technology firm focused on solving the inefficient flow of capital between global businesses. He heads strategic accounts for the company and brings a unique approach that aims to address client needs utilising both inherent and innovative capabilities. Prior to joining C2FO, he was the head of trade & supply chain sales for the technology, telecommunications, and media industries at Wells Fargo. 

Previous to the bank, he was a key finance leader at Dell Inc in Austin. Later based in Singapore, he was a key liaison to supply chain partners and relationship banks, driving strategic initiatives that aligned with business direction. Jordan was an integral force in optimizing the company’s liquidity position coming out of the financial downturn. He also built and managed multi-billion dollar strategic financing programs during his tenure.

Jordan holds a B.B.A. in both Finance and Real Estate from Baylor University.

Board Treasurer


Randy is married to Peggy Fenimore and is the proud father of two children and 1 grandson.  Randy is actively involved in his Church, and several charitable organizations. In addition to CYT, he serves on the Board of Center for Youth Ministry, and an advisory member of the Board for PETs-Austin. Randy is currently working as a bank consultant, and is the President of RD Fenimore & Associates. He previously worked for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency for 34 years before retiring in 2014

Board President

 Julie Novak has been teaching and directing theater in a school and community setting for over 20 years. While teaching at the renowned Valley Christian Conservatory, in San Jose, California, she developed her own theater arts curriculum for students 6-8 grades and a curriculum for students 6-12 grade while teaching and directing at Summit Christian Academy in Austin, Texas. Julie has directed plays, musicals, one acts, musical reviews, competition scenes, concerts and benefit shows too numerous to count! She has been trained in a multitude of acting techniques, such as the Wheeler Recording Method, On Camera Acting, Improvisational Acting, various vocal genres and public speaking. Outside of her teaching career she has worked as an acting coach, speaker, ghostwriter, vocalist and done voice over studio work. Her greatest love is working with young people in the arts and helping them develop confidence and belief in their personal gift set. Julie began CYT Austin a year and a half ago after she felt called to take her passion to speak life and encouragement into young people through the arts, outside the walls of a school and into her community.

Board Chair

Tim has spent over 30 years, leading, coaching, and mentoring individuals, and teams in the area of sales and business management.  He currently oversees all of the field operations for over 1600 Matco Tools franchisees in the U.S.  Tim is also certified and licensed to coach, teach, and speak to any individual, to any company, and to any organization, anywhere in the world, utilizing John C. Maxwell's Leadership curriculum, products, and books. 

Board Secretary

Erin MacLeod taught mathematics and science for eight years at a local Christian school where she also served as an administrator.  During that time her three children fell in love with the arts and began pursuing music, theater and film.  All three children participated in CYT.  Erin and her husband, David, have served in various roles in their local congregation and currently serve as deacons.  Erin received her BS in Bio-engineering from UC San Diego and her MS in Physiological Science from UCLA.
