Denise Rodriguez is a passionate dance educator dedicated to helping students grow in confidence, leadership, and a love for learning. She holds a BFA from the University of Texas at Austin and is a certified Texas teacher. Denise began dancing at just two years old and trained in both the Royal Ballet School system and the Vaganova method. She has studied with renowned instructors and attended programs with organizations such as the Joffrey Ballet School, The Rock School for Dance Education, and the Bolshoi Ballet Academy in New York City. Denise has also taken master classes with professional artists, further enriching her training. Denise began teaching at age 12 and quickly discovered her passion for working with young dancers. She focuses on building strong technique, creativity, and confidence in a positive and encouraging environment. Her goal is to help each student reach their full potential, not just in dance, but in life. Her background includes training in a wide variety of styles, including ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, and more. She has performed in productions such as The Nutcracker, The Lion King, and Mary Poppins, and has danced many principal roles throughout her career. Denise is committed to creating a supportive space where dancers feel inspired, empowered, and excited to grow.
